  1. No return authorization is required or other hoops to jump through with Armani Imports. Just ship your merchandise back to us. Put a brief note in your shipping container with your exchange or refund request, along with your contact information so we may process your refund request. Please don't forget to include your daytime phone number and E-mail address so that we may contact you if we have any questions. Being specific in your correspondence will help in getting the quickest action.

  2. All returns must contain merchandise purchased from Armani Imports in original condition and in the original packaging with all documentation. You may use your own outer shipping box or you may reuse the one we shipped your order to you in.

  3. When shipping merchandise back to us for refund, credit, or exchange, we highly recommend that you insure your shipment with the carrier. Armani Imports is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit.

  4. Pursuant to our no-questions, no-hassles 30-day money back guarantee, a customer has 30 full days to return merchandise. The 30 days is counted from the day your shipment is received from us, not the order date. We retain delivery confirmation information from the carrier on all shipments. This liberal policy allows more than ample time to return merchandise, regardless of where any customer resides.

  5. If a returned order was paid by credit card, the account originally used will be credited for merchandise in full. If paid by check or money order, a check will be issued and mailed for merchandise in full. Shipping charges in either direction are not refundable.

  6. Returns are processed and credits issued within 48 business hours from receipt. The posting of credits to customers credit card accounts usually happens within 24 to 48 business hours from the time a credit is issued by Armani Imports, but that time can vary depending on the customer's card issuer
