Q: I am very interested in your sculptures; however, I did have a question regarding the pricing.  I have looked around the internet for Armani sculptures and I have found some pricing disparities.  Can you please let me know why this is?

No return authorization is required or other hoops to jump through with Armani Imports. Just ship your merchandise back to us. Put a brief note in your shipping container with your exchange or refund request, along with your contact information so we may process your refund request. Please don't forget to include your daytime phone number and E-mail address so that we may contact you if we have any questions. Being specific in your correspondence will help in getting the quickest action.

All returns must contain merchandise purchased from Armani Imports in original condition and in the original packaging with all documentation. You may use your own outer shipping box or you may reuse the one we shipped your order to you in.

Pursuant to our no-questions, no-hassles 30-day money back guarantee, a customer has 30 full days to return merchandise. The 30 days is counted from the day a shipment your received from us, not the order date.

We retain delivery confirmation information from the carrier on all shipments. This liberal policy allows more than ample time to return merchandise, regardless of where any customer resides.

Q: How will merchandise be shipped and will I get a tracking number?

A: Armani Imports uses Federal Express as its carrier.  Tracking numbers are E-mailed to customers the same day merchandise is released.  A signature will be requested when a package is delivered.  Signatures are requested due to the value of the merchandise, and to make sure customers get the goods they paid for.  After a 2nd delivery attempt, Federal Express will leave a card notifying you of delivery attempts with directions on how to arrange a pickup of your package. Often when a customer calls in concerned when they did not get their merchandise, we find out a friend or family member has signed for it and just forgot to tell them.  When we tell them who signed for it, they secure their shipment and thank us for telling them who has it.
